Junior Sea Cadet Cai Morris Receives Mayor Merit Award

Junior Sea Cadet Cai Morris attended the December Town Council Meeting to receive a ‘Mayor Merit Award’ for administering his First Aid skills  which saved his brother’s life.  Cai learned First Aid  as part of his training with Neath & District Sea Cadets & Royal Marines Cadets.

Mayor Barry Kaines presented the award.

Commanding Officer Chloe Oglesby attended the presentation alongside Cai’s parents and his brother whose life he saved.

Well done Cai from everyone at Briton Ferry Town Council.
